UOI with language focus- Today we continued to work on what a verb is - an action word, something you do. We then read sentences and circled the verb in the sentence.

today we began reviewing for our test which will be next Tuesday. Today we reviewed 1 or 2 more or less then a given set of objects. A review package will be sent home over the weekend.

Today we talked about our new unit of inquiry! We discussed what a Palaeontologist is, and what they do. We then discussed what a fossil is and how they are formed. We then watched a video clip from Bill Nye the Science Guy that taught us all about fossils and palaeontologists. Mr. Foster's class joined us as well!!
