Today students took turns reading chapter 10 of our novel study. Students then completed comprehension questions for the chapter.

Inquiry into Endangered Animals
Today we began an art project called fractured art. Students chose a endangered animal to sketch. They were told to sketch the whole animal which is their main topic. Once complete students were then asked to pick 3-4 supporting details to sketch. Supporting ideas mean the important parts on the animal example: fur, ears, teeth, tail, claws, eyes. Once we are completed sketching we will use water colour paints to finish the look
