Inquiry into Simple Machines

Today students were introduced to our new unit about structures. Students learned about different materials and how they can make strong and stable structures. They also learned about what types of materials are poor for making strong structures. We watched science max, which helped to explain this to us Science Max - How You Build It - Full Episode⁦‪youtube.com‬⁩

Students then brainstormed famous strong/stable structures they know. We also discussed the summative for this unit. They are very excited about this!
