Inquiry into Language
Today students looked at a poster advertisement and brainstormed the things needed for it. They talked about what would make it persuasive to buy it. Students picked a topic and decided where they would post their ad to get the best audience.
Inquiry into Math
Today students continued their probability unit. Each day we will learn a new concept and have a quiz on Friday to end the unit.
Today students learned about predictions, they predicted how many times a coin would land on heads or tails if flipped 30 times. Then they flipped the coin and tallied the results. Afterwards they experimented with 3 letters in a bag and pulling out a letter 30 times.
