We at SJA have had a wonderful year with your children, but it is time to send them off to the next grade. Our PYP promotion and graduation ceremonies are taking place next week. Students are asked to dress smart casual on these days. The ceremonies will take place over two days. The JK to Grade 2 promotion ceremony will take place on Tuesday, June 13th. The Grade 3 to 5 promotion ceremony and Grade 6 graduation will take place on Wednesday, June 14th. Both ceremonies begin at 9 am and should be completed by 10:30 am. Parents and families are invited to attend. We look forward to seeing you then.
We have had a very busy and exciting week at SJA!
Tuesday night we had our first ever grade 12 graduating class! All students are moving on to their preferred colleges and universities. Congrats grads!
Wednesday night was our spectacular Arts Night - Music Through the Eras. Our class brought down the house!
This week we have also been working on our final summative assessment - habitat dioramas! We will be presenting them tomorrow.
Today we took a nature walk to check out habitats in our area!
