Inquiry into Math
Today students worked on using sorting circles to sort objects by different attributes such as:
sides
vertices
right angles
parallel lines
equal sides
Agenda
Field trip Tuesday - wear full dress uniform and bring packed lunch
Field trip Wednesday - wear full dress uniform and bring packed lunch
- trip form for this due tomorrow
Thursday - spelling test, wear Valentine's colours, Valentine's party
Friday - No school
Monday - No school
Inquiry into Simple Machines
Today we learned about the lever. We watched this video to explain it to us

Then we read the book
and worked on this experiment . . . only we tried to shoot them in our mouths instead of a cup!
