Inquiry into Language
Today students did a trial run for their Ontario Writing Assessment task 2. They were given an example from me on the board, and we went over how to write an explanation before they begun. Students then wrote an explanation of a robot they invented.
Inquiry into Math
Today students learned to create figures using pattern blocks. They were asked to create a triangle, parallelogram, pentagon, and trapezoid using only two and they had to be different pattern blocks.
