Today students completed their spelling workout books for the words of the week:
Inquiry into Immigration
Today we got out our research of the country we completed last week. We used it to write a post card letter home to our mom and dad about our immigration experience.
Gym
Math- We have a quiz on Tuesday for this unit. Review was sent home.
Students learned about fair and unfair spinners today. We discussed ways a spinner could be unfair - unequal parts, more of one part then another. Then we used this to describe the spinners given. We then play a few games and used the same criteria to decide if they were fair or unfair games.
Agenda
- Casual day forms and payment are due back, this year causal day payment and permission forms were not included in your child's tuition.
- Fall Uniform began Tues Oct. 15th
- Memorize Guy Fawkes poem for house points!
- Math review was sent home Friday
- No school Friday or Monday
