We discussed what the learner profile of thinker is. We brainstormed what being a thinker meant and discussed a time we had been thinkers. We then created our thinker posters

We continued to review for our upcoming motion geometry test that is on Monday.
Here are some posters to help us with our review
Today we looked at lines of symmetry. We looked at different shapes and folded them and drew lines on them to represent the line of symmetry. We learned how some shapes can have 1 line of symmetry and others like a pentagon have 5!!!! We even learned how some have none!

- The lunch site is now open, it will close Wednesday, November 20th at 3:00pm Special of the month: Spaghetti and Meatballs which is available every Friday. All payments are to be made through quickbooks by December 6th
- Math review home Test Monday November 25th.
- Bake Sale next Tuesday and Wednesday
- Casual day next Wednesday for those who have paid
- Book Fair starts next Monday. To celebrate next Tuesday is $2 - dress Galaxy/Space inspired ... there's really no wrong way to do it ... stars, planets, sequins, black, aliens, astronaut, characters from other Galaxies (eg. Star wars, avengers, superman, etc.)
