Summer uniforms have begun. Summer uniform consists of grey pants/shorts/skirt, the white polo t-shirt, and navy blue socks/stockings.
Uniform reminders: JK- Grade 2 gym uniforms are to be worn on Mondays and Wednesdays. After a weekend where Monday is a holiday students will return to school on the Tuesday in their dress uniform.
Calendar- the special helpers put up the date, counts down to 100 days of school, and tells us what the weather is like today.
UOI with language focus- Today we completed our weekly spelling work.
Reading Reflection - Today Anshi read us a story she wrote, while Aryana acted out the actions. Anshi and Aryana then asked the class comprehension questions to complement the story.

Math- Today we continued our new measurement unit on area and perimeter. We practiced ordering found objects from shortest to longest and finding the best non standard unit to measure given objects.
UOI - today we finished our totem polls and began learning about what a Habitat is for our upcoming unit.
Daily 5 - Today we completed a word search of our current spelling words.
