We started by writing our agenda note

• Raz Kids 15 minutes
• Summative assessments begun/please quickly look over the rough draft tonight
• Spelling sentences 
• Spelling test Friday

Cursive

Today students worked on writing the cursive letter b and writing cursive words.

Today students worked on being number detectives and filling in the missing numbers on a 100s chart.

Inquiry into Language

Today students reviewed how to create a list for our upcoming OWA.  We wrote a list of cafeteria rules.

Unit of Inquiry - 

Today continued working on our summative assessments (which are due Thursday). Students are required to create a game to play. They must write a list of rules and responsibilities needed to play the game. (Game Play Rules). Students will then present their game to a group of friends teaching them how to play. 

Today students created the rough draft of their rules. They created the name of the game and wrote the rules in a list format. Students brought home their rough draft to try out their game tonight. Tomorrow we will write our good copy.
