Today we discussed what Responsibility is. We talked about how it is important to have responsibilities and why we have them. We then picked classroom jobs for ourselves.
We also learned that we now have a classroom pet that we are responsible to care for.
We took a vote and decided to name our fish Rocket (first name) Bob (last name)

Today we reviewed the 4 attributes (shape, size, colour, direction) and what a pattern core was. Students had to each look at a pattern and circle the pattern core and tell me the attribute used:

Students then created their own patterns and filled in the missing pieces of patterns in their math workbooks.
