Today students wrote a recount of their typical Thanksgiving plans. We came up with the introduction sentence together using the criteria of what, where, when, who, why. We also brainstormed activities we do as a class.

Again today students looked at pie (circle) graphs and learned how to read them. We reviewed the different sizes in the circle help to tell us the answer for example 1/2 of the circle broken into half again is 1/4 and that 1/4 broken into half again is 1/8. We also used a visual to help us.
