Today students continued to work on addition and subtraction using front end estimation by rounding to the nearest 100.
Step 1 = round your first number
Step 2 =round your second number
Step 3 = add or subtract
*reminder 50 or higher round up, 49 or less stays the same

Today we added in a few of our four learned techniques hatching, cross hatching, circulism, and contour lines. We also learned about light and dark and spaced out and dense. Then we added some light shading of colour
